How to choose a vape tank

• Thread: almost all box mods use a standard 510 connection, so any 510 tank will screw on. Check that the tank’s diameter fits your mod and that the mod can reach the wattage your coil needs.
• Sub-ohm or mouth-to-lung (MTL): sub-ohm tanks use coils under 1 ohm at higher wattage for a loose, airy draw and bigger clouds; they suit lower nicotine strengths and higher-VG e-liquid. MTL tanks use higher-resistance coils and a tighter draw, which suits higher strengths and 50/50 e-liquid.
• Capacity: bigger tanks mean fewer refills. A 5ml to 7.5ml tank is a good size for all-day use.
• Coils: pick a tank whose coils are easy to find. We stock coils for SMOK, Aspire and GeekVape tanks.

Will this tank fit my mod?

If your mod has a 510 connection, which nearly all box mods do, a 510 tank will screw on. Also check that the tank is not wider than the top of your mod and that your mod can fire the coil’s wattage range.

What is a sub-ohm tank?

A tank that uses coils with a resistance below 1 ohm. They run at higher wattage and give a looser, more open draw with more vapor, so most people pair them with lower nicotine strengths.

How often should I change the coil?

It depends on how much you vape and how sweet your e-liquid is. Change it when the flavor fades or the vape tastes burnt, which for many people is every one to three weeks.

Why is my vape tank leaking?

The most common causes are a loose or worn coil, a cracked glass, a missing or damaged O-ring, overfilling, or very thin (high-PG) e-liquid in a sub-ohm tank. Check that the coil is screwed in snugly and the glass and seals are intact.

Can I use any e-liquid in my tank?

Most e-liquids work in most tanks. For sub-ohm tanks, a higher-VG mix such as 70/30 or Max VG usually works best. Our e-liquid comes in six PG/VG mixes so you can match your tank.
