How Often Should You Vape CBD E-Liquid?
Posted by
onThere are many ways to experience CBD, as the compound comes in all kinds of forms, strengths and formulas. But few will deny that one of the best ways to get in that blast of hemp is by vaping it. CBD e-liquids and vaping products remain bestsellers among the wellness market, and it’s easy to see why. Vaping CBD allows for fast absorption and activation, comes in all kinds of flavors and is a great option for those who want to be able to experience their hemp portably and as needed, rather than relying on one single, large dose daily.
How Often Should a Person Vape Their CBD?
Well, it depends on a number of factors. Let’s get into those now.
Factor #1: It Depends
Before we begin, it’s important to note that there is no single ideal amount of cannabidiol, to take each day. We are all different, with our own level of tolerance to the cannabinoid, as well as our own unique goals with hemp. Hence, CBD vaping products vary in so many ways that the same amount of two different products can produce very different effects.
Factor #2: Your Setup
This is a main factor that plays a role is the type of CBD vaping setup you have. For instance, do you have a low-powered disposable vape that only produces a little bit of vapor per hit? Or are you using a high-powered mod system that gives you enormous hits whenever you fire your device? What kind of device you have plays a role in how much cannabidiol you get when you use your setup, which can affect how often you’ll want to vape the product.
Factor #3: The CBD Itself
The CBD e-liquid itself also matters. One major factor is the milligram strength, which refers to the potency level. The higher the milligram strength, the more CBD you’ll be taking in per hit, and the longer it will stay in your system. This will have a lot to do with how often you’ll feel like you need to vape CBD throughout the day.
Factor #4: Your Needs
Your personal needs are just as important. For instance, some of us who vape CBD are dealing with mild work-related stress, while some others have frequent severe migraines and are searching for natural relief.
Factor #5: Your Body
Lastly, your unique body chemistry plays a role. Some of us are just naturally more tolerant to CBD than others, and so while one person may find that a couple puffs per day is adequate, others may find that they just require a lot more CBD in order to feel its effects.
Personal Preference and Sweet Spot
It’s clear that when it comes to vaping CBD, it’s all about finding your personal sweet spot in terms of the frequency and amount that you vape each day. The good news is that CBD is nontoxic, and therefore you can feel comfortable experimenting with various amounts and strengths as desired. What’s most important is that you always choose a quality vaping product no matter how often you intend to use it.
