Returns Policy

Due to e-liquid, flavorings, PG, VG, and nicotine, being subjective to a persons’ tastes we do not allow for returns and/or refunds once shipped. Please double check your order before placing it. If there was a problem with your order please contact us so we can discuss the situation.

Returns on hardware and accessories for manufacture defects must be within 30 days of shipped date for an exchange of equal or greater value with the customer paying the difference. No refunds are allowed. Scratches are not considered manufacture defects, user abuse is not considered a manufacture defect, used tanks are not allowed to be returned. After 30 days please contact the manufacture of your product. You must have your original proof of purchase and packaging for all returns, to help expedite the process please give a brief explanation of the product issue if defective with the return. Shipping for defective items will be refunded once the item is received, on exchanges only. Mod Batteries, Mechanical Mods, Regulated Mods, Drippers, RDA's and RTA's have a DOA only warranty and are not allowed to be returned, NO EXCEPTIONS. Unopened items still in in plastic wrap may be returned for a full refund with in 14 days of delivery date, shipping charges are not refunded. If free shipping was given on your order the shipping price will be deducted from your refund amount. Coils are not allowed for return. Items that are not in sealed plastic wrap are not allowed for return for full refund. All items returned must have their original packaging and paper work, NO exceptions. Returned items may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Refunds make take up to 7 days to process in addition to any bank processing time.

Shipping

Shipping options for both U.S. and International orders are done via USPS First Class, USPS Priority, or FedEX.  Shipping is a flate rate $2.99 and free on orders over $65.00 for U.S. orders only(the free shipping is our standard flat rate). Estimated shipping times are stated with all shipping options. These times are estimated and may be more/less depending on processing time and final location. All international orders have a flat rate shipping fee regardless of order size. USPS shipping is not a guaranteed service as outlined by USPS. This includes First Class, Priority, and Express. ALL USPS shipping times ARE estimates. Orders of high value or with a different shipping address from the billing address may automatically have a signature confirmation required. 

Tracking numbers are provided on all orders, however USPS does not always update tracking numbers on First Class and International packages. 

Shipping insurance is available on all orders. The fee for shipping insurance is $1.95 for up to $50 worth of insurance. Multiple quantities of shipping insurance may be purchased. 

Orders $100 or more may required a signature at delivery. 

The Vape Mall and TheVapeMall.com is not responsible for lost, stolen, or mis-delivered packages. 

The Vape Mall and TheVapeMall.com is not responsible for international orders/packages seized by customs, lost, stolen, or mis delivered.

Priorty Shipping and FedEx does not mean priority processing, all orders are processed and completed in the order they are received. 

A shipping confirmation emial is sent on U.S. order, shipping confirmation emials do mean that an order has shipped the day the email was sent as there may be delays in the shipping proces

Processing time on orders is typically 1-2 business days although that may change depending on volume. Express and overnight orders can be rushed by contacting us directly using our contact us form.  Orders placed on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday may not ship until the next business day.
